Customer Order Returns

A customer order return lets you return a product if it doesn’t meet your expectations, incorrect product delivered etc. Please ensure the product is in good condition, with original packaging.

Step 1

Complete and submit the return form located at the bottom of this page.

Step 2

Ensure that products meet re-sellable requirements detailed below. 

Additional verification required for dormant stock upliftment. 

Step 3

 Package products and prepare for collection or dispatch to Ram Mountaineering.

Step 4

Inbound returns will be inspected and requested outcome processed.  

Re-Sellable Condition Clause

Condition of Returned Goods:

All goods returned under this warranty must be in a re-sellable condition. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All original accessories, manuals, and other components must be included and intact.
  • The product and packaging must be free from any damage, wear, or alterations.
  • Retailer barcodes or price tags need to be removed
  • Is not a special order product or product on clearance.

Inspection and Approval:

  • Returned goods will be subject to inspection upon receipt. The Company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the re-sellable condition criteria.
  • If the returned goods are found not to be in a re-sellable condition, the return may be refused, or a restocking fee may be applied at the Company’s discretion. 

Turnaround Time:

Our target turnaround time for processing such returns is within 3 business days from the date we receive the returned goods. To help us process your return as swiftly as possible, please complete the return form with as much detailed information as you can provide.  Providing complete and accurate information will enable us to expedite your return, ensuring a smooth and timely resolution.
