The Vango Atlas Junior sleeping bag is a 8.5 TOG 2 season mummy style sleeping bag that is specifically designed to fit the smaller body frame of children. It is recommended for comfortable use between 10C and 20C. For additional peace of mind when your child is camping, all temperature ratings have been independently tested as accurate to ISO 23537-1:2016. The shaped hood reduces heat loss from the head and is equipped with an elasticated opening rather than a draw cord for added safety when being used by the youngest campers.
The ThermoLock insulation is designed to be durable, warm and lightweight whilst retaining its loft and soft touch and will provide warmth and retain loft in damp conditions. The insulation is held firmly in place with an S stitch design to ensure that the filling remains evenly distributed across the body to ensure warmth and comfort. The Polair shell is hard wearing and smooth to the touch and is made from washable polyester fabric. The Polair lining is super soft for added comfort yet is hardw earing and washable.
The Vango Atlas Junior sleeping bag is equipped with a 2 way zip that can be opened from either the top or bottom for versatile ventilation and the zip can be quickly and easily located and moved thanks to the woven zip puller. The sleeping bag comes complete with a handy drawstring stuff sack for easy packing and compact transportation.
