Warranty & Repairs

A warranty return allows you to return a product if it’s defective or malfunctions within the warranty period. We undertake to repair, replace or credit should it meet the requirements.

Step 1

Complete and submit the return form located at the bottom of this page.

Step 2

Using Images submitted, the team will pre-inspect and in some cases try resolve without the product being returned.

Step 3

  If need be, package warranty products and prepare for collection or dispatch to Ram Mountaineering.

Step 4

Inbound returns will be inspected and requested outcome processed. 

Warranty Clause

We will repair or replace a defective product that is covered by this limited warranty in its sole discretion. 

The following will NOT be considered defects and will not qualify for an exchange or refund:

  • Issues due to normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by negligence, mishandling, or incorrect usage of the product.
  • Damage resulting from improper storage.
  • Damage resulting from inadequate care of the product.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized alterations to the product.

The supplier reserves the right to deny claims in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has abused the limited warranty.
